The Southwestern team went to Rochester and took 4th in the Daylight Saving Regatta! This was our last regatta of the Fall!
Southwestern went to Buffalo this weekend to sail against some of the top high school programs in the country at the MASSA Fall Invitational!
Our opti race team sailing at Rochester Yacht Club! The girls did a great job. Felicity, Valencia, and Cecily all raced in the green fleet. The wind was great for the first few races but once the gusts got to 30 knots we decided to call it a day.
Had an amazing weekend with a couple of fun regattas! This was Kurt’s first regatta, and Gabe and Vivian’s best high school regatta so far for Chautauqua Lake! Also we had some great costumes. Which one is your favorite?
Southwestern competed in our fall qualifier this past weekend. Wind was up and down but we managed to complete 8 races even though the wind shifted so much we ended up setting up at least one race in all four cardinal directions. This was Ashley Solarz first regatta!
